2025 WEDDING RATES
Wildly Crafted Handmade Cocktails
$27 per person for 2 handcrafted cocktail mixers or
$35 per per for 3 handcrafted cocktail mixers
Bartenders: $550 per bartender (includes up to 10 hours of labor and tool kit)
Service Fee: $500
Wildly Crafted package includes
Handcrafted cocktail mixers plus garnishes
Pouring of beer, wine, standard cocktails and non alcoholic beverages
Club Soda, Tonic Water, Ginger Ale, Coke-a-Cola, and Sprite
Cost for the Wildly Crafted Handmade Cocktail Package includes: all shopping, harvesting and preparation time, as well as cost of produce and product.
Set-up and tear-down of the bar, organizing and keeping bar clean through the event, keeping water station full, and end of night clean up.
Bar tools, ice chest, chilling buckets and water dispenser at the bar.
For my Wildly Crafted Package: I personally create all the syrups & elixirs, fresh press all the juices and procure all the produce locally either from Big Sur ranches, and gardens, wild harvesting from my land here in Big Sur plus the Monterey Farmer’s Markets.
The Standard
$20 to $23 per person

The Standard cocktails are made with fresh pressed citrus and seasonal market fruit
For both packages, the service fee includes:
*Continued email and text communication
*Bar programming: choosing cocktails, scheduling timing of bar related activities and glassware rental orders
*Working on bar timeline with planner, scheduling bartenders
*Seasonal menus, curated list of boutique and unique distillers, brewers and vintners from our own backyard and around the world,
*Suggested quantities of spirits, wine and beer for specific guest count
*45 day out phone meeting with you and your planner to make sure all the subjects are covered, and any other questions that may arise
California state law requires wedding party to pay for ALL alcohol.
